You say it as if being against feminism and the humanities was a bad thing. As a former mysandrist and borderline SJW, I can tell you feminism has widened the divide between men and women to the point that they no longer tolerate or trust each other. It spreads vile lies that make women hate men and therefore make men hate women in return. It is so toxic it kicked all the sane ones within the movement out.
And I also consider myself capable of telling you that being against the humanities is actually being for the true humanities. I took a major in literature during college, I saw how the humanities, once a source of intellectual enrichment and inspiration, became an endogamic nest of pseudo intellectual thought and people. I saw how they willingly accepted as facts things which contradicted what the natural sciences proved. I saw how they pushed to bring down science in favor of dogma.
They create nothing new nor inspire the birth of anything new, for they regurgitate what a bunch of dogmatic authorities put in their mind. They slowly begin to reject old school thinkers which favored logic and science, instead focusing on postmodern pseudo intellectual who claim everything is true or that the personal is political. They reject any thinker that could contradict their worldview as they gayly adopt all the Frankfurt School thinkers as some sort of pantheon of prophets for their dogma.
Few humanities are still capable of thinking outside such twisted, anti intellectual, intellectually dishonest, stagnant, endogamic, unscientific, unrealistic, dogmatic views. And those which are capable of some sort of intellectual thought do not remain untouched by the corruption of identity politics. I saw how linguistics, one of the fields mostly free of such madness due to its scientific nature, struggled to resist the nonsense of made up pronouns and grammatically inaccurate speech patterns designed to appease the politically correct.
Right now being against the humanities is all you can do to save the humanities before they degenerate any further into the "Everything is true, anything goes" madness they have become.
Now, on the WHO, it might seem to be the most influential and well funded source regarding health. But that does not mean it is free of idiots Remember they declared any man above the age of 25 without children of his own disabled. They also overreacted to the swine flu cases earlier this decade, which is when they lost all credibility for me after making a large amount of the world's population blow things out of proportion and react as if it was a real pandemic on the scale of the Spanish Flu. If you still think their credibility has not been undermined by their own actions I hope someday we will meet in a parking lot so I can park on the spot assigned to disabled people right before your eyes.
And if you think closing, deleting, or otherwise purging this thread or its users will be enough to stop the anti SJW movement, you are terribly mistaken. What you will achieve will be similar to what ostriches are falsely accused of doing, bury your head on the ground and refusing to see what is right before your eyes.
Right now the anti SJW movement is growing more than never. From scientists tired of not being allowed to make research or objective statements regarding race and gender to average joes tired of identity politics and being called bigots for no reason, we are a large, intellectually diverse, and extremely capable community which is strong enough to change the course of history if desired.
Proof of that is that Trump won. Probably many in this thread don't like him. But he won because the average American citizen, tired of identity politics and being called bigot voted for him, Because the average American straight white male tiered of being bashed voted for the man who offered to end such plight, because many anti SJWs voted for him just to spite their opponents. And so the man whose reputation could be soiled no further for he feels no shame won.
And if you need further proof of the failure of SJWs and identity politics take a look at all those failed pet projects they produced. Look at how Marvel saw a drop so terrible in comic book sales that they decided to pull out all that nonsense and go back to tell superhero stories, look at how angry the Fire Emblem player base was with the horrible localization done by Treehouse.
You think you are strong, and have the advantage because you have a monopoly on academia and media, but that means nothing. People are tired of SJW nonsense and are saying enough.
I would not be as pretentious to say we are on the right side of history, unlike most SJWs out there, but what I know is that we are not going to let you win without putting a fight, and even if you kick us from every social media and internet forum out there, we will keep on fighting, because there is a world beyond that screen, a world away from the keyboard, a world full of people tired of your nonsense and unwilling to give in.
And my prediction is that paraphrasing God Emperor President of the United States Donald J. Trump. We will keep on winning and winning until we grow tired of it. And when we feel like we won too much, we will not stop and will keep on winning again.
