I have played Fallout New Vegas and did new playthroughs. I am trying to do Evil NCR route.
I only made this thread because I want to see your hot takes, cool facts and secrets you found.

I have a cool fact:

Lonesome Road and Ulysses were meant to be in the base game, but due to discs not having enough spaces, they had to cut them.

I have a friend who is interested in playing FNV. However, I would prefer to have it modded for my friend to at least not crash to desktop constantly. I know there are older mods that help to do this, but I also know that some of them are very dated. What would be the recommended way to get it running in a stable state in 2024?

Yukichigai Unofficial Patch is by far the best if you're looking for something as close as possible from vanilla FNV with as little bugs as possible

What I find most impressive about this game is how many different types of builds and story paths are possible in this game, the gameplay variety and replayability is very impressive especially for its time and its short development.

14 GBs of this game with DLCs included and somehow still has more content than today's games.
When I saw Sparking Zero has over 40gbs, I was Happy.

And so much of it, such as even post-game content was scrapped too, Obsidian only had 18 months to make the whole thing.
