Round 2 of my unpopular opinions:
-Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog was the best thing about Sonic.
-Eevee was ruined by fanart
-I like Smogon (pokemon fans please don't kill me)
-I can't get into Neon Genesis Evangelion. Everything is too miserable there.
-We should talk about good stuff more than the bad stuff.

The song was epic when it first came out. It's just been overused by so many edgelords over the last 10 years that it's been degraded into a joke.

@poochyena

GamerGate is just a bunch of no-life trolls that just like to start flamewars with other no-life trolls. No one who cares about GamerGate is a gamer, if they were, they’d be playing games, not writing walls of text on the internet over some pointless subject.

Sorry, but that one actually is a well supported opinion across most parts of the web

5/6

Windows Vista is the best windows OS (windows 8.1 is a very close 2nd)

….

….must….hold…tongue

Why do people not like vista?
really, I can't even name 3 things that have been added to windows 7, 8, or 8.1, but i can write an entire book on all great things that have been removed or changed since vista such as being able to freely organize files, ability to watch dvd movies (can't do in windows 8.1's media player), bad file system explorer, etc.

Especially the R34. The eeveelutions deserve so much better, but they end up treated as sex objects.
Same goes for my opinion of PokeFurry in general. The idea of fapping to a Delphox, the pokemon that I consider badass (Especially for making my Pokemon Y playthrough it's bitch) and like a trustworthy buddy honestly disgusts me.

Furrys i don't know either what they like about these animals, but it's their thing so i'm not gonna fumble in

I don't know if I've said this before but I really don't like labels, especially when it comes to sexuality. No label can really ever be accurate in my opinion. Technically both BSoD and I are bisexual but to say that we have the same sexuality is ridiculous. I have a much stronger attraction to girls than to guys to the point where most of my life I thought I was straight. With guys I tend to prefer feminine guys than the hyper masculine type. With girls I'm a total assman. I also really tend to like tomboys and more petit girls. I have a penchant for redheads and playing an instrument (especially bass) increases my attraction 20 fold. None of this is conveyed by the term bisexual. My point being that labels like this barely say anything and it seems silly to me to identify with other people who happen to share one small part of my sexuality. Sexuality seems to personal to be captured by a label. I'd rather be thought of as an individual rather than as a bisexual. /rant

I don't think a game needs a sequel if the plot of the last one was resolved.
The first Bayformers movie was pretty good, the sequels are what really give the series it's bad rep
Timothy Dalton was a very good James Bond
I'm not a huge fan of homosexuality, but mistreating them like the blacks were before the late 60's is not okay.
The Star Wars prequels are okay, though not nearly as good as the originals, except maybe for Revenge of the Sith
I think the Angel Beats anime is overrated and has one of my least favorite endings.

-Far Cry 2 is an absolutely fantastic game
-SnK is alright
-I would hate for this to make me sound like a fedora-wearing neck-beard, but I believe religion is an archaic concept that is holding humanity back.
-Cowboy Bebop is incredibly overrated

- Pink Floyd is completely overrated. It's not trash or anything but there is so much better stuff out there.
- I actually like Yu-gi-oh ZEXAL. Which apparently everyone hates.
- I don't really care for most anime, although everyone seems to think I love it.
- I don't like chocolate.

- OnLive was ahead of it's time, streaming games at 720p 60fps over a h.264 codec while also providing an online service akin to Xbox Live and PSN which includes online multiplayer, gameplay spectate and recording features, and various social networking features. All this potential, only to Be done in by the poor internet infrastructure of the average consumer, an unremarkable library due to lack of commitment and support by publishers, and various other limitations on the service.

- Cable Television is worthless to me, as the infomercial-to-real channel ratio is terrible, and the majority of the channels you would like to watch are either packaged into a more expensive subscription or just plain unavailable with the provider. Considering the overall cost, I believe the internet and a DTV converter would satisfy me just fine.

Riff raff is the cancer that is killing KYM and I really cant take anymore what it has done to the community of this site. There should not bee a board on this site dedicated to rewarding people for making completely useless threads and acting like fucking idiotic degenerates. It only promotes that behavior into people and thinking that it is okay to be retarded everywhere else. And oh, you say anything bad about or their terrible jokes it and people jump on you.

Also the Don joke is fucking overused cancer and need's to be stopped being spread like the shit stains that they are on every entry comment section made by don. It is literally circlejerking and spamming at this point.

I'm at a point where I really do not give a fuck about a grand majority of people in this site and could not care less on what they think of me or what I have to say. This site is literally just a downward spiral.

This is gonna be fun.
- I like all the Shrek sequels
- I don't think the Sonic franchise is as bad as people say.
- Rats, spiders, bats, and slugs are cute.
- I'm Mexican but I hate Mexican music, they're the same songs over and over.
- Disney animation looks better hand-drawn.
- I don't like pancakes.
- I hate bright and sunny days, they get me depressed.
- As much as I love Nintendo, I think they make some pretty stupid choices.
- I don't mind Rebecca Black.
- Ridley is too disproportionate to be a fighter in Smash Bros.
- It's not okay to make fun of a skinny person just as wrong as it is to an obese one.
And this is a weird one that even I can't explain.
- I'm fine with bare feet, but sandals gross me out.

Im torn with joining gamergate and wonder if progress made by them is 100% progress. Like…we may end up having more ethical game journalists, and less "SJW" (maybe) and they sometimes promote civl discourse. but it usually comes at the huge cost of constant flamewars, boycots by either side if you dare to express an opinion that is even remotely socially conservative or socially liberal and in many ways a far more hostile and controlling internet. SURE here not as much… (though you still see that a little) but there are …other parts of gamergate. If this was temporal then I wouldnt regard as such a bad thing, just typical effects of controversies, but with this thing being aparently permanent… it kind of looks like anti-sjw on the internet slowly turning into their sjw enemies.

Funny, that's actually not an unpopular opinion outside of Riff Raff.

Anyway.
-Super Mario Sunshine > Super Mario 64. By a long shot.
-League of Legends has nothing redeeming left about it. Community is shit, balance is shit, and the engine is outdated. Even the "laid-back" approach they're going for is gonna be replaced by HotS, everything else Dota 2 just does better.
-MMO combat systems are almost always boring and repetitive.

Oh boy here we go again

"Dota>Smite>LoL" hurr durr" is bullshit its all about personal choice to be perfectly honest
Dead space 2 was fun to play but as a horror game? nah
DMC was decent gameplay wise
Torrterra doesn't deserve to be in RU
(Bonus round politics and social bullshit)
I think the Filipino government is one of the most corrupt in the world
We're also waaaay too over excited (case in point that new tekken fighter)
Dr Jose Rizal did not die for jejemons

Well I've got a few new things to add (a large bit more inflammatory than the last)
If you enjoy female on male futa and claim to be totally straight you are full of it and lying to yourself
Female to male (or vice versa, though the other isn't as common) cross-play irks me to no end, largely because I like my cosplays to be as absolutely accurate as possible, which is totally crushed when the person looks absolutely nothing like the character they're portraying (seriously, just look up cosplays for say, jojo and compare the number of females to males playing male characters, it's almost impossible to find any decent number of male jojo cosplayers)

Humanism is the most simplistic code of morality I have ever seen.

Seriously I just been on humanism.org.uk watching the introduction and from my perspective, what they do is no different to some british person showing off how pretty their accent is. Their mantra is "do what you think is right" while at the same time using language techniques to make themselves sound sophisticated.

"do what you think is right" is a problem because of theses facts to be considered.

It is subjective morality so "do what you think is right" is exactly what it says on the tin and identical to subjective morality.

Subjective morality is one of the worst forms of morality. Think of it this way, what is right today might have been wrong yesterday. For example there are people out there who say that consensual incest should be accepted in our society but back in the 1800s people would have laughed it out of discussion.

So something that was wrong in 2015 might be right in 2030.

In summary there is no objectivity in humanism so therefore it is a bad ethical code to live by.

I agree with Asura on Riff-Raff being a cancerous bastard child of /b/. I tried to get into it, but it just bored me in 20 seconds. I may have an RP Group, but at least that is a hell of a lot more fun that acting like an utter dumbass. In other news, I don't think there was a good dbz game since Raging Blast 2, FNaF is actually really good in my eyes, and finally I hate how overhyped being "normal" and "social" is. Why group yourselves with people instead of accepting what you have in common and building friendships from there?

Xenoverse is a good game and good dbz game in general
it's not however, a good fighting game, it's terrible as a fighting game

-I think MLP is stupid and I just don't understand how it's so popular despite being a show for preschoolers.
-I unironically like Mountain Dew and Doritos.
-Garry's Mod really is not that great.
-While DOTA2 and LoL fans are too busy throwing temper tantrums over which game is better, I'm just here thinking both communities are toxic as hell.
-I think half the stuff that this website calls 'memes' are actually things that happened on 4chan or Tumblr for about a week only for it to die off a few days later.

@Memes

Do take note to look at the confirmed section rather than the submissions section when browsing entries. Undoubtedly the submission section would be filled with entries that don't really qualify as memes; these are just things and happenings we find online that we think would evolve into memes, and most often they just don't.

Well alright then. Sorry about that.

This post is most definitely going to make a lot of people angry: but there's reasons why so many men in the usa are no longer dating women.

I may be bisexual and leaning more towards liking femininity, but in real life I'm starting to prefer men and while my personal preferences may be biased a fair bit of people do share similar opinions.

Personally I don't mind people that are overweight, but if you're one of those "fat acceptance" people's that think suggesting exercising is discrimination I don't think that's going to win over anyone. I personally prefer more healthy foods and as a result I'm skinny, but if I'm dating someone that is telling me that I should eat the same foods as them otherwise it's discrimination that's not going to win me over any time soon… and yes I am one of those people that prefers veggies to candy.

I'm a huge weaboo, video gamer and such but I still have a job and go to college and do actually do family activities or such; if you paint every "nerd" as a fat slob considering that the vast majority of the usa does play video games and you don't ever want to date a video gamer you're not going to win over anybody soon. Every person is weird in their own way; if you want a hyper-idealized spouse that is perfect in every way that only exists in fiction you're never going to find a date ever. If you want to find someone you're going to have to accept that they have some weird hobby in some way because "geek" is the new "cool". I'm not saying that it's okay for someone to be to the point where they neglect their families and friends, but you get what I'm saying.

And finally: for the most part most men don't like masculine women. I'm not saying that you need to wear sunday dresses and be stereotypical or such, but rather most men don't like their women to be the sort that is coming to a date talking about how they femininity is "wrong" while spitting at the table and having not taken a bath in a week or such.

The reason why I said that this will probably cause a slapfight is what is considered the average for women by decade and by generation. What is the norm for women is at a shockingly fast rate becoming more and more masculine; what I mean by this in that say 15 years if a woman shows up to office wearing a business skirt and such she'll be called up to HR and forced to attend a seminar about how "sexual harassment" is against company policy or such making her promise the company that she'll never wear a business skirt to work ever again.

You can see this already in effect on the macro scale. The percentage of adults in the usa that are single has been exploding rapidly; between 2010 and 2014 the percentage of adults that are single increased from 40% to 50% and while this doesn't sound like a big increase if the current drop in people that are in relationships continues at this rate in say 20 years you'll be considered a freak of nature to have a boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse or such.

Tl:dr; if you want a date to be successful take a bath, brush your teeth, make yourself look nice and don't talk about social issues ideology or other hot button issues. Nothing says "don't call back" quite like body odor, bad breath and talking about controversial social subjects with someone you just met. In fact avoid any political, social, religious, economic discussions on a first date cause if you do then chances are they'll burn the card with your phone number at first chance they get.

Recent Unpopular opinion, The Sad Puppies campaign is a mistake and would likely contribute to the Internet's downward spiral of "us vs. them" mentality.

@cb5:
While you make very good points about the dos and do nots of first dates, it really looks like you are painting women and people in general with a very, very wide brush. It honestly makes me question if you've had experience talking to real life women or if you're just going off of what you've seen on tumblr.

Now for my own unpopular opinion: To me saying abstract/modern art isn't art is like saying music without lyrics or vocals isn't music. You don't have to like it, but just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's not art. Usually when people utter the words "that's not art" it tells me that they really don't know what they're talking about.

I would directly argue against this, but I've been on the internet to know that whenever someone claims that the opposing side is forever single that is when the argument goes down the garbage cause no matter how much you show them evidence to the contrary they'll forever argue that you're chronically single as a personal attack on their sex life rather than debating their points. . . I wasn't born yesterday; I know that personally trying to go after a person's sex life are the go to detractor from conversations. Essentially you're going "I'm not going to argue his points directly so I'm going to call him a virgin instead".

To debate this and not give you any leeway let me put it another way: currently 50% of adults are single in the usa; hypothetically speaking couldn't it be said that a fair chunk of them are single not because they couldn't find dates, but rather they're happier being single than dating someone in their current dating pool?

When you tally up all the things that the average person deems as a "ideal" spouse what is deemed as the "ideal" spouse is a extreme minority and keep in mind that the average cost to raise a child is $245k. Most people's only options at this point is to either get lucky and find a "ideal" spouse for them as a individual or lower their spouse; the reason why this is relevant is that more and more people are happier being single than "lowering their standards" because we've reached a point in our society in which people are starting to marry only people they actually love, instead of for reproduction, and that cost of raising children is too high so people are choosing to forgo reproduction more and more.

I wasn't purposefully playing the lonely virgin card nor did I mean to personally insult you, I was merely pointing out from your post that your opinions of what women are like seem very stereotypical at best. For the sake of not derailing the thread I'm going to end this conversation here, but if you would like to continue it you can feel free to message me through PM or on my wall.

…..

Okay, now I'm confused….

Let's just move on, shall we?

Although DSP is bad, I feel like that the KWO and SoK are just as bad. For example, when they act like SJWs by accusing Phil of being racist for making a joke or when they accuse Phil of being a pedophile just because he's dating someone who is 19-20.
GamerGate was good at first, but now it's gone pass the ethics in gaming journalism to a liberal vs conservative war.
The Devil May Cry reboot is the 2nd best DMC game. Only DMC 3 beats it.
We need to focus more on memes and less on subcultures, people, and events.
Autism as an insult is only okay if you're describing a weird obsession.
