Cold turkey. Day one. Not bad. A little off, headache but okay. Day two. Feel like I'm dying. Literally can't breathe. Can't eat. Just make it through the day. Day three. Worse. Whatever heroine withdrawl feels like this is worse. Can't work. Can't even fake looking busy. Leave. Lay down on sidewalk like crack head. Literally curl up in fetal position and cry. No one even notices. Days pass, hell. Endless hell. A week passes. Horrible feeling is gone. Mostly just numb now. First time I've ever felt anything. Start smoking 3 packs again. I want to quit cold turkey again so I feel something.
