One of them featured a heart-patterned tie. Below is a mock-up of what it would look like if this design was kept. Supper Mario Broth @MarioBrothBlog Old arcade games often had "kill screens" that ended the game due to a glitch. The kill screen in Donkey Kong Jr. is on Level 22. Due to the glitched level display, this is displayed as "Level F", which is humorous due to the letter F's association with failure and loss. 756900 HIGH SCORE 756900 +3700 F LBONUS LL Source: YouTube user mariadanielaoliveracalvo7040; youtube.com/watch?v=rrgux6N2ltE -Level F Due to the glitched way level numbers are displayed, Levels 1-9 are normal, Levels 10-16 have nothing in the box ("Level Blank"), and starting with Level 17 the box uses letters. 17 is A, 18 is B, 19 is C, 20 is D, 21 is E and 22 is F. The time calculation in Level F overflows the timer so it results in a time limit that is too small to reach the goal. DK Jr. can not get very far before dying like this. Curiously, the exact same glitch also made Level 22 in the Donkey Kong arcade a kill screen.

Supper Mario Broth @MarioBrothBlog In Donkey Kong 64, the deck outside of Donkey Kong's treehouse holds a secret. If cheats are used to access it and touch a certain point on it, a clone of Donkey Kong will appear in the middle of the house. The clone remains motionless and only blinks. Details in image. Accessible area Wall Loading zone Wall Out-of-bounds area Above is a top-down map of the inside of Donkey Kong's house in Donkey Kong 64. While the deck in front of the house has collision and can be walked on, the way there is normally blocked by walls and a loading zone leading outside, so that it cannot be accessed. Player-controlled DK The deck holds a unique feature. There is a spot, marked with an X in the above image, that if touched, makes a motionless Donkey Kong appear in the middle of the house. Since the deck is not normally accessible, cheats or glitches must be used to touch it. Motionless DK clone The clone has no interactions or collision, all it does is blink at regular intervals.
