O I am very upset with what has been transpiring not only in Wethersfield but all around the state. Yesterday it was reported 16 attempted car thefts happened over the weekend. It is time for everyone to contact their legislators and ask that they repeal laws that just give a slap on the wrist for criminal acts by youths. I am suggesting that any youth involved in a criminal act should be immediately sent to a boot like camp for one year. I further suggest a boot camp be established for just this purpose and it be overseen by the military. I think these kids have never been taught respect but it's high time they learn. To earn their keep, they should have to clean up communities where no one takes care and they should also clean up all the graffiti that is on walls along the highway. When and only when they become model citizens will they be released from the camp. Sounds tough; maybe so but this country is going down the toilet and I sure am sick of it. In addition, lawmakers need to make laws that are sensible. Handing out marijuana is not only stupid but dangerous. This is not candy. It is drug that can cause harm. The smoke smell coming from your unit is reaching the inside of other units. It is constant and strong. Per Section 3.12 of the building's declaration, this is "noxious and offensive" and has become an "annoyance and nuisance". Contain the smell to your own unit. My hope is that this can be resolved without having to involve the building management. Thank you.

I am very ill and I have a heart condition and don't appreciate unkind notes, being shouted at in the street and picked on by men who think it's acceptable to have a go at a woman the day she moves in. If it happens again and I have a heart attack from the stress and upset you will be the cause of it. We moved here for a quiet life and would never intentionally hurt anyone and am saddened at how I've been welcomed. The "crime scene" tent won't be up for much longer. Mid move our father died and literally couldn't fit everything in the house. Every person you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about so please remember that when you rip people to bits.
