The smoke smell coming from your unit is reaching the inside of other units. It is constant and strong. Per Section 3.12 of the building's declaration, this is "noxious and offensive" and has become an "annoyance and nuisance". Contain the smell to your own unit. My hope is that this can be resolved without having to involve the building management. Thank you.
