E 20 reviews ***** 2 years ago Very disappointed. I had a coupon for $10 where I had to spend $40 or more and it just expired the day before. They wouldn't take it. I asked to speak to a manager and when she came by, she said they won't take it and walked away.

M ***** a month ago I can't even begin to express how unprofessional this business is. $20k plus order placed 5 months ago with assurances right up to last week for a complete delivery today. "Everything is here and ready to go". Staff and management completely lied about it and today, delivery day, they don't have our order. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your patio needs. Just got back from Wally world; there are NO regular cashiers; only self- check-out; I complained to the manager who was very RUDE and he said the regular registers were down and he had contacted corporate even though self-checkout WERE working; I call BS. I told him "I don't work here"; he said a lady at self-checkout could help me; SHE tried to bag my large tomatoes with a bag of potato chips; I told her you don't bag those together, so I bagged them separately.
