M ***** a month ago I can't even begin to express how unprofessional this business is. $20k plus order placed 5 months ago with assurances right up to last week for a complete delivery today. "Everything is here and ready to go". Staff and management completely lied about it and today, delivery day, they don't have our order. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your patio needs. It was labelled on a skid but what we did not have was ANY money to date. This is no longer a policy of my company as customers like yourself leave our small business "high and dry" with thousands of dollars in CUSTOM CUSHIONS and SPECIAL ORDERS. Thanks. You had months to cancel this order and not hurt us with buyers remorse but instead you waited until you moved into your new house last week AND scheduled a delivery. When it came time to get payment.cancelled. I hope you like only shopping at Costco as treating a small business like this will put independent retailers out of business. Luckily we run a VERY GOOD operation and expect a percent of customers abuse us. Please take your business elsewhere.

Just got back from Wally world; there are NO regular cashiers; only self- check-out; I complained to the manager who was very RUDE and he said the regular registers were down and he had contacted corporate even though self-checkout WERE working; I call BS. I told him "I don't work here"; he said a lady at self-checkout could help me; SHE tried to bag my large tomatoes with a bag of potato chips; I told her you don't bag those together, so I bagged them separately.
