D0000 HORRIBLE "This was the WORST experience in a hotel I have ever had. When my daughter and I arrived, nobody was at front desk for a good ten minutes. Ringing the bell doesn't help neither does the security cameras since nobody knew we were waiting that long. When the man did show up he was very rude and wasn't willing to upgrade my room for the following night even though I mentioned it would be for my honeymoon and was willing to pay extra. The prostitutes in and out the hotel is disgusting. The faulty sprinkler went off (without smoking) damaging my wedding dress and my bridesmaids items were thrown out instead of being returned to me. The firefighters got to my room Before any of the staff at the hotel?! Jordan the manager only seemed to care about his insurance and elevator being ruined. Mind you this isn't the first time this has happened at this hotel. He didn't even ask how I was or even offered to get my dress cleaned. He is a bully and showed no compassion towards me at all I asked for a refund the next day and he barked at my husband & I. The customer service is non existent at this place. I highly WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anybody." Responded 3 weeks ago You know what was a horrible experience? Seeing my family business get over $100,000 in damages because someone in your party broke the sprinkler head in your room. Your actions have caused the elevator to be out of service for over a week and cost $11,000 to fix. We have 7 rooms that need all the hardwood flooring removed and replaced, the carpet's in the hallway need to be ripped out, the room needs to be dry walled and painted and we need all new furniture in the room all because your group broke the sprinkler head. This is on you. You came into a small family business caused massive water damage and it's sad that a place like TripAdvisor is giving you a platform to spread lies. People won't be fooled by your lies and one day you will have to answer to god for your sins.

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
