Ringing the bell doesn't help neither does the security cameras since nobody knew we were waiting that long. When the man did show up he was very rude and wasn't willing to upgrade my room for the following night even though I mentioned it would be for my honeymoon and was willing to pay extra. The prostitutes in and out the hotel is disgusting. The faulty sprinkler went off (without smoking) damaging my wedding dress and my bridesmaids items were thrown out instead of being returned to me. The firefighters got to my room Before any of the staff at the hotel?! Jordan the manager only seemed to care about his insurance and elevator being ruined. Mind you this isn't the first time this has happened at this hotel. He didn't even ask how I was or even offered to get my dress cleaned. He is a bully and showed no compassion towards me at all I asked for a refund the next day and he barked at my husband & I. The customer service is non existent at this place. I highly WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anybody." Your actions have caused the elevator to be out of service for over a week and cost $11,000 to fix. We have 7 rooms that need all the hardwood flooring removed and replaced, the carpet's in the hallway need to be ripped out, the room needs to be dry walled and painted and we need all new furniture in the room all because your group broke the sprinkler head. This is on you. You came into a small family business caused massive water damage and it's sad that a place like TripAdvisor is giving you a platform to spread lies. People won't be fooled by your lies and one day you will have to answer to god for your sins.

6h · O Thank you to all who showed support for the twins today! As a general rule of etiquette for those who don't know: when you see children out having a lemonade stand, you stop. The lemonade most likely sucks and it's probably warm (possibly a bug floating in the ice), but you stop anyway because the children are cute and they don't understand why you aren't stopping when they are clearly asking you to stop! At one point I had to put up a barricade, forcing drivers to pull over and acknowledge my children. It should never have to come to this! Be a better citizen!

I went in for a cleaning and two week later for a filling. The reception staff during the first visit was very friendly but not so much during the second visit. The dental hygienists and dentist were kind, patient, and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning. It is not unheard of for businesses in any industry to offer an incentive for visitors to leave feedback for future guests, and we certainly do not force anyone to write a review if they do not want to. Restaurants often offer a freebie or coupon simply for filling out a survey so this is the gesture we have in mind when we offer a whitening tray to our patients, its like a "thank you gift" for taking out the time to write some comments. We are sorry the service you received at the front desk was not as good the second time, we will do better at your next appointment. Looking forward to seeing you back!
