About
Welcome to the Underground, Give Us Your Balls refers to a viral Undertale animation in which the characters Papyrus and Sans sing a parody version of "To the Bone" by JT Music, with Sans singing, "How are your balls?" and "Give us your balls." The animation was posted by YouTuber SilentManJoe in September 2021 and inspired several other animations using the same audio over the following months on YouTube and TikTok.

On October 16th, 2016, music video for Undertale-inspired rap song To the Bone by JT Music premiered on YouTube,[1] gaining over 137 million views in seven years (shown below).

How was the fall?
On September 12th, 2021, YouTuber[1] SilentManJoe posted an Undertale animation titled "Balls." In the video, which parodies the "To the Bone," Papyrus sings, "Welcome to the underground" and Sans interjects, "How are your balls?" Papyrus then sings another line and Sans sings, "Give us your balls." The video gained over 4.8 million views in two years (shown below).
On September 21st, YouTuber[2] Tamēska then posted an animation remixing the original, garnering over 1.1 million views in two years (shown below). This is the earliest known edit of the animation.

The audio continued to inspire new animations over the following months on both YouTube and TikTok. On September 21st, 2021, TikToker[3] @maswit_ posted an animation set to the audio that gained over 2.6 million views in two years (shown below).

On September 24th, 2021, YouTuber[4] Raiked posted a video using the audio that gained over 257,000 views in two years (shown below, left). On December 1st, YouTuber[5] MrFrostySFM posted a FNAF animation using the audio, garnering over 459,000 views in roughly the same span of time (shown below, right).
On March 19th, 2023, TikToker[6] @byrnetheartzilla posted a series of drawings set to the audio, garnering over 323,000 views in two months (shown below).
