About
Mommy Milkers is a slang term for large breasts that started as an offshoot of the Mommy GF meme. The term is commonly applied to video game and animated characters with large breasts.
Origin
As an offshoot of the "Mommy GF" meme, one of the first known posts to pair "mommy" and "milkies" appeared on the Facebook page "Fuck You Seth Rogen, Dumb Mother Fucker,"[1] who posted a picture of an otter captioned with "I Need Dis" over a white box with the message "a mommy gf with big boobies who can feed me her milkies whenever I'm sad" (shown below).
Spread
Over the following several years, the phrases "Milkers" and "Mommy Milkers" began growing popular to describe large breasts in fictional characters. On May 31st, 2019, Urban Dictionary user PinkyInTheBunghole uploaded a definition for "Mommy Milkers"[2] (shown below).
One of the most notable examples was the 2020 hornyposting over Lily from AT&T, where people were scolded for using the word "Milkers" to describe actress Milana Vayntrub's breasts (shown below).
From here, "Mommy milkers" began growing popular as a descriptor for animated characters. In particular, the Tall Vampire Lady from the 2021 Resident Evil VIII trailer attracted lots of comments using the phrase. For example, user @lonelytiefling[3] joked Capcom figured out the best way to market its game was to make people say "big mommy milkers" (shown below, left). A 4chan user on /v/[4] posted a Don't Look At Her meme about the character using the phrase (shown below, right).
