About
Four Peters Singing Parodies, also known as "X Random" or "Random X", refer to a series of YouTube Poop Music Videos (YTPMVs) consisting of the Family Guy gag "The four Peters".
Origin
The origin of the four peters is a clip from the episode "Model Misbehavior", the 10th episode in the 4th season which was first aired in 2005.[1] In this, four clones of Peter appear and are singing Mozart's "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik".
Spread
Meanwhile, this YTPMV series was started by a Brazilian YouTube Pooper bifiao.[2] His videos, reproducing the melody of various kinds of songs by four Peter's singing, have been continually uploaded to YouTube since late 2010, and have scored many page views. For example, this video below is his first video in this series "Random Tetris" posted on August 20th, 2010.
The original video was supposedly named Random to avoid copyright issues. And following videos are called with the phrasal template "Random X" or "X Random". X is usually a phrase to suit the song they're playing.
