Memes pose a real ethical question when it comes to using images like these. We've already had memes blanked off the site because they used a persons likeness or photo without permission.
There's a very real line between internet fame and internet infamy, AKA potential cyberbully target. It's all up to the internet as a collective whole to understand when and where something is allowed to be shared, recognized, and/or mocked depending on context.
If you ask me, though, as a non-celebrity, I would hate to have my face recognized by the internet as whole if I were caught doing something people would laugh at en masse.
