Note: Please keep this thread serious and in serious debate.

Bernie Sanders has spiked his popularity, and it has been continuing to grow. He had to be upfront, and lay out all his ideals and speak openly all at once. Otherwise, nobody would know about him. Hillary Clinton has basically kept her mouth shut because she likely wants to keep her message targeted, contrasting with whatever republican is going to be nominated. It's ambiguous which republican will be nominated, so she is probably not saying much so she can be prepared to target her message, and being silent for so long followed by 'finally' saying something would likely lead to people listening more intently. That is just speculation, anyway. Bernie Sanders is, a Democratic Socialist, and has outright stated as much, whilst running for the democratic nomination. Hillary Clinton is obviously a Democrat, running for the democratic nomination. People trust Bernie Sanders a lot, there is a lot of mistrust toward Hillary Clinton. He seems like a long-shot, she seems likely to succeed and frankly powerful. It is probable, that the scandal with emails has been hyped up and will blow over, in my personal opinion anyway. Forum, give me some estimations and numbers, possible outcomes, discussion on what might realistically play out and what we could predict to happen.

I think boiling it down to just Bernie and Hilary at the moment is rather short sighted. A lot of things could happen in the following months that could put a different candidate in the prime spot for winning the Democrat ticket.

Honestly? Hillary is going to fuck up somehow. Remember, she was favored in the 2008 primaries as well, and we all know how well that turned out for her. In the end, I think Sanders is going to get the Democratic ticket – hopefully with Elizabeth Warren as his running mate.
