Tow Mater is "male" Tow Truck. I do not know if one can know the "physical sex" of Cars considering that biological reproduction does not appear to be how new cars are made. Within the context of the Cars universe however, he is basically "sex:male"

Unfortunately I am not an expert on dragon morphology. As such, I do not know if that species of dragon is one that shows obvious sexual dimorphisim on the head or not. Even if it was, I wouldn't know what traits belong to which sex. Generally, I know that males are more predisposed to attempting coitus with mechanical vechiles than females, though I also know that females can display dominate roles when a possible partner is smaller, such as with Equus asinus.
