Our whole universe was in a hot, dense state
Then roughly several billion years ago expansion started waning
The earth began to cool, the autotrophs began to drool
Neanderthals developed tools
contraction occurs
Black holes combine (A singularity!)
Math, science, history, compounding the mysteries
That all ended with a big crunch! (ear-piercing sound of gravitational waves)
Time be like

time is like the universe, a joke
that one doesn't have enough time is a useless complaint
Time won't give me time, and time makes lovers feel like they've got something real
Time. Time is an artificial construct. An arbitrary system based on the belief that events occur in a linear direction at all times. Always forward, never back. Is the concept of time correct? Is time relevant? It matters not. One way or another, I fear that our time has run out.
