90% of the time a user with a default profile pic means two things:
They just created their account 20 minutes ago because they remembered a funny macro they saw five years ago and can't find it now so they feel need to create a forum thread just to find one image and their account will be forgotten about by them and everyone else on the site
or
They just created their account 20 minutes ago so they can can justify something horrible that happened to a minority or minority group and their account will be nuked in two or three days
