This is a real picture of spaghetti I vomited on my leg. I had spaghetti the other night and it didn't sit right for some reason. I couldn't fall asleep and ended up puking on the floor by my bed. Most of it wound up in a disgusting puddle, but some of the shrapnel landed on the leg you see below. It's not really that gross. It's just noodle pieces with some vom fluid you can see if you zoom in.
