Fixing does not include plumbing, installation of lights, installation of cabinets, installation of counters, electrical work, interior design, exterior design, landscaping, manscaping, installation of sex dungeons, final solutions, dead horse beating, or time travel. All contracts with Bob's Contruction™ are final. In the event that a contract is not completed as desired you are not entitled to a refund. In the event that your contract is completed ahead of schedule Bob's Construction™ may require additional compensation including but not limited to cash, check, credit, investment accounts, offshore accounts, blood money, an arm, a leg, your firstborn child, and/or your soul.
