Here's the thing. You said a "pelican is a copypasta."

Is it in the same family? Yes. No one's arguing that.

As someone who is a scientist who studies copypastas, I am telling you, specifically, in memeology, no one calls pelicans copypastas. If you want to be "specific" like you said, then you shouldn't either. They're not the same thing.

If you're saying "copypasta family" you're referring to the taxonomic grouping of Copypastidae, which includes things from navy seals to kebabs to skeletons.

So your reasoning for calling a pelican a copypasta is because random people "call the dank ones pelicans?" Let's get euphoria and black Germans in there, then, too.

Also, calling someone a furry or a brony? It's not one or the other, that's not how memeology works. They're both. A pelican is a pelican and a member of the copypasta family. But that's not what you said.
