For people who are genuinely concerned: I decided to go full-on creeper and seek out his other accounts. (It was easy. Not exactly many "CrustyClarinet"s floating around.) What I found was that his Tumblr blog has had activity since he posted this thread, and in general there doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary. So he's probably fine.

I still want somebody to contact him though.
