How is female meme-ing on possible?

serious question.
i know its rare compared to male meme-ing on, but i would like to know how is it even possible?
disregard the fact that most women are physically weaker in their meme game than men. how is it possible for a women to meme on a man against his will?
Unless a woman is completly disgusting, the chances are men will agree to get memed on is pretty high. and even if she forces her memes on on a man, there is very little chance he will object. so it’s not really meme-ing on at this point.
honestly. if a random woman will approach you and say “i want to meme on you!” would you resist? I'm a normie and i know i won’t have the willpower to resist.
next of course, is the shitpost – it only happen when the man is arroused, meaning that he secertly wants it. so it’s again, not meme-ing on.
so how do women meme on the willing?
(again, this is a serious question i do wish to know about this subject)
