Ciao, ciao everybody! I am big heap Italian chef who runs big heap restaurant chain, and I have come to visit Know Your Meme because I've always loved memes. I have just come to share with you the secrets of a master chef and how I cook my world famous Italian sausages!
So, the big secret to cooking sausages is… My oven! It's that simple! I have a special oven in which I cook sausages in all day and night. My oven is taking in sausages so much, it has become worn out over the years though, which is quite sad, no? I cannot replace my oven however since it is so unique, which means it will eventually break down, and I will no longer be able to cook sausages as well as I have been. Another thing, the oven is awfully dirty and hard to clean. From cooking so many sausages day after day, lots of the left-over sausage juice gets stuck on the inside and dries, becoming all crusty and nearly impossible to clean off. 'Tis quite a shame. However, it isn't that much of a health hazard and customers like their sausages in my special oven all the same despite it being so worn-out and crusty.
