I am the original creator of the gif . image of the ness and ice climbers. i have informed nintendo that if they watch the opening to super smash bros melee and play it backwards it is eerily similar to my intellectual property, the gif. unless they make serious alterations to the opening i will have to press copyright infringement charges.
one night the image of ice climbers and ness came into my mind through an eye-opening robitussin trip. i forged the image into a mighty .gif file only to see it plastered all over the internet like a 14 year old's nudes.
Never has such a disgusting act of theft ever been seen by mortal eyes.
