I wanted to install reTHAWed mod for Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. After removing security stuff for Google Chrome through security settings, I finally installed rethawedinstaller.exe and I got this "Error 0×800700E1" error when I wanted to uninstall it because this stupid ass Windows 10 and every device and stuff think .exe files are dangerous!
Tutorials for Error 0×800700E1 error do not help much so I am asking all of you to help me with this. I am begging you.

Good news. I got rid off the problem through one of antiviruses that actually got rid of it instead of making me pay for protection.
