Right on. I also believe in God and Jesus. I even believe Satan is real. I think books like the bible are righteous (but not to be taken literally in a few instances). But I'm in a minority when I say I don't like the idea religion, but I'm ok with the freedom of choice for choosing a religion. The only religion I'm ok with is, if I can phrase this right, is a religion that's a non-religion. One of transparency, love. Kind of like Buddhism. But I probably won't be a Buddhist myself. Buddhist are too detached for their own good, and I think it's important to be involved in ongoing events and fight for and speak up for what's right.

And I wouldn't worry about science. And by science I don't mean Anthony Fauci. Science is awesome. Because what is science? Even a google search definition doesn't do it justice in my opinion. Science is vocabulary and the means of furthering our vocabulary on what is. Science and religion can co-exist but it's not science itself that's the problem. The problems people's ego and when hearing something that's viewed as scientific fact that goes against what they believe they go cray cray.

But it necessary to criticize the science of today and what's commonly viewed as scientific fact. For example something I mentioned before, fluoride. It's pure poison but I've been told my whole life it's good for your teeth so they put in toothpaste and our water supply. I believe many of the scientific facts circulating around is complete jargon. I'm not a flat or hollow earther. But I believe in some crazy stuff that knows against what's commonly viewed today as fact.

Finally, you wrote something that might make sense now related to science.
Also, I am disappointed how budget is the True evil behind not having cancer cured.
In fact, I remember a kid who followed me on one of social media sites who thinks we would achieve more ideas if we decided to practice non-ethical science more.
Imagine if we manage to bring back David Bowie back to life without making him look like he is going to fall apart just by hugging him.
I hope somewhere in a decade or two happens.

If we ever get a T-Rated Pokemon game, it should be more akin to Earthbound than the likes of Pokemon Reborn.

Basically don’t make it darker and edgier and instead ruder and cruder.

I would like to see T rated Super Mario game like Super Mario Strikers type.
I want Metroid Prime 4 to be rated M just by having one brutal scene, plus 3 mild language swears like damn, crap and maybe even Bitch. Each Said once.

Speaking of something rude and crude, we need more hate sinkng characters who are so rude and mean spirited you just wish them nothing but punishment and those characters do get Punished!
Remember that Foster's Home episode where some douchebag imaginary friend commits atrocities and Blu gets blamed for it, even at the end?
Main character or deuteragonist gets blamed until the rude character turns out to be mastermind and gets Punished.
That way, Kids don't have to see our protagonists get falsely accused and we don't have to cringe at how bad guy Got away with it.

We need Nu-Metal music and you feel Like you are playing the game from 2000s.

I have even seen tankies calling Vaush a liberal because Vaush behaves like a liberal.
I can say for American conservatives who are more libertarian right.

There is no shame in getting into a piece of media because of fanart or Youtube. When we grow up, we seldomly have the time to play or watch media enough to become engaged with it. Money and availability issues are also big factors.

If you wish to oppose one company because of a bad industry practice, it’s best to oppose all of them for the same thing. To do otherwise is essentially having your cake and eating it.

To accept autistic people also means accepting behaviors considered “weird.”

Your intentions weren't that bad albeit.

I shed zero tears for thieves who end up getting shot or attacked for their efforts, they could have begged instead, but they didn't.

Is begging demeaning? Yes, but I have more respect for beggers who have the courtesy to ask people give up a portion of their hard work out of charity than thieves who steal it, and there is zero guarantee that the thief won't kill someone, no matter how desperate they may look or be.

Cartoon community annoys me. When you mention either calarts or John K, you will see nothing, but whining which could have been a calm criticism since everyone has some good intentions.
You will also see anime discussions.

Sometimes it doesn't work, I guess.

I don't see why science and religion can't co-exist. Like I believe a divine deity is the one who made it so that things like cells and DNA do what they do, and "the big bang" can be the way to describe how said deity created the universe.

Also semi-related, just because I have questions regarding how much of religious texts like the Torah, Holy Bible, and Quran are truly "the words of Yahweh/God/Allah" doesn't mean I'm atheist, "agnostic" is a thing ya know.

In the unlikely event that Nintendo ever decided to bring their games to PC. I think Kirby and the Rainbow Curse would be the best game to start with since I think having a cursor would make for a great alternative to the touch screen. That or they could just bring the game to mobile.

Would Super Mario Galaxy work?
Also, imagine Valve and Nintendo crossover!
THAT WOULD BE AWESOME

Don't disagree, but not all beggars are kindly asking for money on a streetcorner. Some can be quite aggressive or persistent to the point of making people feel unsafe. Especially if they're big, look violent/unstable or the victim is a woman.

I know in China before Nintendo got Tencent to distribute the Switch in that regions, they did allow Nvidia to release some of their games on the Shield. Whether Nintendo does bring stuff to PC is probably gonna depend on one major factor:

Do the higher ups in the company see a good way to do it without harming console sales? (best option I can think of is only port legacy games to PC, meaning it has to be at least one console generation old before Nintendo okays it)

I think a fun plot for a Pokemon game would be if the player character joined a gang akin to Team Skull or Star in a fight against an evil team among the lines of generations 1-6.

Think if Neo Team Plasma invaded Paldea and Team Star led a resistance

With that said, I think that "zed" is better that "zee" because it sounds more distinct (reading off a serial number to my hard-of-hearing grandmother made me aware of how similar many letter names are.) Of course, I am still biased toward American spellings (although I like practise and defense more due to my dislike of the "soft" letters; I would remove the silent E's at the end, though.)

Now this is just absolutely intolerable.

We need to build walls in the ocean against future floodings and other measures cause by climate change years in advance as its partially kind of late for prevention. Prepare for what is coming

I'm coming in with a more mild one today:

I think the character designs in Velma are actually pretty good. Now the part that's absolutely not unpopular is I fully agree the writing in the show is still bad (I'm especially annoyed at how poor the attempts at meta humor are as honestly meta humor is usually the kind I like the most), but when talking purely about how the characters look I do think the designers did a good job there.

Something else related to Velma, I think that Norville could work as a separate character from the Shaggy we know. I mean the gang don't refer to Shaggy as his first name so with Norville in Velma also being very different from Shaggy, they could both co-exist. Hell if future media did make the two separate characters, he could also work as an audience surrogate, having him be a new member who joins Mystery Inc.

Every time I see a video along the lines of "CAN YOU BEAT SKYRIM WITH ONLY A FORK?!" Or "CAN I PLAY CALL OF DUTY WITHOUT TOUCHING THE GRASS?" Or any other similar video game challenge video I wanna slam my head into a brick wall.

1. The few ive seen are boring as fuck and derivative. Wow so you basically play a not fun version of the game where you either use a glitch to make progress or ever normal thing takes 100 times more time then normal

2. No matter how many times I click not interested its like a hydra and 4 more pop up

Given my last comment got downvoted, does that mean my opinion wasn't unpopular after all, or do the downvotes only prove there is this mentality among KYM users that you literally can't say anything nice about a piece of media that is hated even if you still say "oh I still think it's bad, I just happen to think this one small element was actually decent"?

Okay here's a different and even more milquetoast unpopular opinion:

Nickelback ain't that bad and the hate they receive for being a "safe" band is stupidly overblown. Now I'm not saying they're a band I love or anything, there are other "post grunge/alternative rock" bands from the early 00s I do like way more (such as Breaking Benjamin and Chevelle), but if "How You Remind Me" or "Photograph" ever came on the radio I don't have some visceral reaction of disgust.

The Insane Clown Possy as cringy as they can be got too much unearned hate….they are harmless.

Even the miracles song as easy as it is to make fun of had rather good intentions some lyrics were just misguided in it.

A female character being a villain or otherwise having questionable morals is not an excuse to act misogynistic, especially if the males have objectively done much worse shit. A couple outliers regarding the women doesn’t make it any more justified. There are many male villains that have done mass murder and genocide and still get memed to this day, but god forbid a female character act mean or bossy. Just look at the Breaking Bad fandom.

Any problems with a video game is almost always the fault of the higher ups crunching devs. It is naïve to believe it’s just a case of sheer incompetence on the devs’ part.

Constructive criticism does not include insults or threats or telling someone “you suck!”

Popular series are popular for a reason. To punch them down in favor of less successful properties shows you live in a bubble. I’ve seen that firsthand whenever a character gets revealed for Super Smash Bros.

Wojak comics are in no way a legitimate or spiritual successor to Rage Comics and if I see another person compare the two in that way again, I think I'm gonna rip their head off as well as mine. Both memes had MS Paint origins but that's about where the similarities end. The art style is different, the humor is different, the punchlines in Wojak comics are always the same and follow the same pattern/formula almost every time, and although the same could be said for early Rage Comics they actually evolved over time and did not remain stagnant.

This is less of a hot take and more something not brought up but Kimba the White Lion has the best example of a fake fanbase. The Kimba Crowd go around claiming that the Lion King ripped off Kimba but if you watched the whole originals series, you'll know that it's a load of BS and it's clear the Kimba crowd didn't watch anything from Kimba that came before the Lion King.

YMS even did a huge video going over how so many of the claims people use are either completely wrong, or that the stuff Lion Ling supposedly “ripped off” come from a piece of Kimba media that came out AFTER Lion King. It’s one of the best examples I can think of where a lie or urban legend was spread around so much that people just assumed it was true without actually looking into it (another famous example is the myth that “Shigeru Miyamoto hated Donkey Kong Country” when the reality is that the supposed quote “DKC proves people will put up with mediocre gameplay if the art is good” never existed, it was some rumor started in early 00s internet).

That video was what made me want to bring this up.

Other than that, it'd be funny if Sakurai did a little bit of trolling by teasing Goku and Shrek only to reveal Tanjiro and Po even if it'd never happen.

I also think that non-video game characters should be in Smash under the condition they reference the licensed games they appeared in. Like imagine if SpongeBob got into Smash and his stage came with remixes of tracks from Battle for Bikini Bottom, the Movie game, and especially SuperSponge

On the topic of Smash or other gaming crossovers never getting non-gaming content, I'd risk guessing that it might have more to do with stupidly hefty licensing fees than wanting to maintain a gaming focus. Getting characters like Goku, SpongeBob, or anything Disney outside of minor series like Kingdom Hearts would most certainly not be inexpensive in the slightest, to put it lightly.

Both of them were easy to shit out, so there's that apt comparison. But it pains me to say that Rage Comics were more creative despite being templates also. Wojaks and Wojak Comics being so derivative of one another and often times relying on a topical or political angle is tiresome. The times it doesn't, with production value as seen though the Doomer Wojak subculture does at least have that evolution, at least using the medium to tell something meaningful.

Wojak Comics also tend to be lamer, more exploitable versions of other memes like with Incel/Nordic being a worse version of Virgin vs. Chad. I do appreciate Wojaks as a template for expressing a very specific, bizarre and relatable feeling but it is stagnant there too. Even felt more when the comics remain to be shit out and there are scarcely new interesting Wojak variants such were Doomer, Grug and Shroomjak.

James Bond was seriously considered for Melee at one point, but ultimately scrapped due to there being too much red tape involving MGM, EON, and needing to get Pierce Brosnan to okay using his likeness. The only remnant of his still left in the game is the mine weapon is clearly based on the designs of the mines from Goldeneye 64 (and surprisingly in Japanese version of Melee the mine was instead based on the ones from Perfect Dark).

So with the new Pokemon Presents out, I’d like to say that I’d personally would love if we just got content updates/DLC to the mainline games already released on Switch or a port of ORAS rather than a new mainline game next year. Especially for games in Gen 8 like BDSP. Maybe they could update BDSP to actually be the definitive way to play through Sinnoh. Mainly since we’ve seen what yearly releases have done to the franchise and I feel like bringing up a solution.

Also a Port of ORAS could have a fine opportunity to bring in new stuff and also the Battle Frontier

Yeah, I was hoping they'd update BDSP to incorporate the Pokemon found in Legends Arceus. It's just baffling to me they just threw BDSP AND Legends under the bus to have Scarlet/Violet be a release just months after.
