always wanted to ask someone from there, are you for unification with Romania?

I'm from Moldovan SSR.
I came to the US in 91(I was almost 7) when the USSR was collapsing. During the chaos there were a ton of people fleeing as much as they can, anywhere they could. Half my family went to Israel, the other came to Los Angeles.

Saying that, I am am a supporter of smaller states working together in a loose federation than I am for larger states. So, I guess, in principle, I do not support unification, I do support federation as long as both countries retain sovereignty.
