I tried turning off my Adblocker because i thought the ads werent going to be bad… and for now on i'm leaving it back on. holy shit there was a significant amount of memory usage compared to when i have it on. with it on i have about 30% memory usage according to task manager. with it off i was getting 60%.

It's one thing to have adds, but why so many at once and why such intrusive ones? There are times this site is barely usable as a result. It's as bad as a shady anime pirating site over here.
Gotta love how on mobile the page has to reload like 4 times until I can wrestle with the site long enough to get what I want because of all these ads
'Love' was sarcasm btw, this is actually stupid as hell

I'd pay money for a real iOS/Android KYM app that actually is community-oriented and not terrible like the official reddit app

Your post almost makes it sound like this isn't a shady anime pirating site
I get that they need money to maintain the servers and everything, but is it too much to try and get trusted ad services to run instead of those "Click me to instantly get malware" ones?
a good compromise is to use PrivacyBadger instead, at least in my experience it blocks the more egregious ads and pop ups while keeping the more bearable ones
