What is it are you looking for exactly? Image templates? Article making? Uploading?
Since no one else has responded, I will.
The first thing that needs to be clarified is what do you mean by 'create a meme'? We are a meme documentation site. If you mean create an entry for the meme database on an existing meme here is the page to do that. Pleas follow the guidelines and suggestions listed at the bottom of the page.
If you mean create a 'new meme'… that gets more complicated. Ideally we don't make memes, only document them. If you want to create a one off OC that is an existing meme (such as say an existing advice animal with your own text, or a newfsjal image, you are going to need to create it elsewhere and upload it to the site.
While there are some minor examples of memes that seem to have started on KYM and later spread onto other sites, this is by accident. The site is supposed to be documenting the internet itself. Self document ion can be necessary, but it is to be avoided. We do encourage others to make OC, but making your own new meme on KYM is strongly discouraged.

Again, follow the guidelines and use try to use unbiased language. If it is an entry that the admins think is needed on the site, they will likely come in an fix many of the issues if you have problems.
Just remember, the site isn't to be used as a way to launch your own meme. If this is a meme that is relatively popular online and you happen to be the creator, then we fully welcome it. However, if this is just an injoke shared between some friends in DMs I would reconsider.
