Should I be worried about the extent of the coronavirus in Indonesia?

I happen to live in one of Asia's most populous nations, and yet there are no confirmed cases of anyone being positive with Covid-19 in this country of 260 million after nearly a month. Is there a major oversight, a simple case of blind luck or the government trying to cover things up?

I've been hit with a cold (which thankfully is only a blocked nose and phlegms so far with no coughing or fevers) in the past two weeks. I'm honestly getting a bit anxious on how the government will handle this (and with myself). Do any of you guys have a better idea of what's going on, or should I just calm down and go with the flow for now?

Meanwhile, 4chan's /pol/ is already clamoring for THE HAPPENING (i.e. complete breakdown of societal order, Plague Inc style-global extinction, etc, etc). Maybe I shouldn't trust alt-right schizos so much. Still, I'm on the edge over the concerning daily increase in cases, especially in Singapore and Japan.
