I think the biggest might be a meme from Call of Duty, surprisingly. "Press f to pay respects". It is just so synonymous with death or failure now, that its hard to imagine the replies to such a situation before that meme. Its become a meme separate from the source, taking its own life and lasting for years. I can't think of many others like that.

Doge. I think Doge has a HUGE impact on the internet because of these reasons:

The spread of it is incredible. Doge’s original use was very popular, enough to be used in politics, cryptocurrency and even on a damn racing car!

Then came the ironic comeback. It launched OkBuddyRetard/Dogeposting which is a whole new subgenre of memes that I’m baffled of how it all started.

To russian internet, since that's the meme culture i grew yp in, i believe rage comics, demotivators and impact font are most influential. As they were used all throughout late 2000s and 2010s, going through a decline in 2014-2017. Much like doge, they started off as serious, and now became postironic
