American southeast here and no it does not. We're still getting fucking 90 degree Fahrenheit weather where I am. The only thing that even reminds me it's fall and not summer anymore is the fact people around here have decorated for Halloween and the sun is now fully set around 7:00 PM.

To everyone in the Northern Hemisphere: does it actually feel like fall where you live right now?

Record high temperatures in alabama this past few days. I think next week it should get to and below 80.
Haven't seen any rain in weeks.

Rain around my area has been really spotty. My neighborhood hasn't gotten any in over a month but I went out to get a late night snack the other day and only a short couple miles from my neighborhood I noticed the roads were all wet from rain that I think must had stopped at least 20-30 minutes before I drove out that way.
Nope lol. I live in the midwest in a part of the country where we're as north as the south gets. We're barely reaching 90 degrees and it is brutal. Some rain would be nice, but no matter how humid it gets, it just doesn't come. Our nights can go as low as the 50s though.
Though, I heard that around the Chicago area the temperature has gone down to the 60s with sporadic bouts of rain every now and then.
I just moved to Austin and my coworkers assure me that the 96 degree fahrenheit weather is a "cool summer".
I'm still not sure if they're fucking with me or not.

Pacific Northwest here; it's been going in and out, but seems to be finally setting into autumn weather. Rains been steady, and it's hasn't been too hot out over the last few weeks, but it certainly took its sweet time cooling off.
Yep. Climate change, as they say (как говорят), is responsible for making weather in Moscow rainy, cold and miserable. Last autumn it was around 20°C due to Babye leto (бабье лето), but it is feeling like autumn, with cold temperatures and rain.
Northeast Ohio. It was a humid 90 on the first and not much better today, but the forcast is calling for fall to be here by friday.
it feels like the overall temperatures fluctuate around a cool morning breeze, to a budget Australian dry heat summer, to a budget South American jungle humidity
it hurts

Here in west Michigan, the weather is as it should be. Temperature has been in the 60s, and plenty of rainfall has been happening with some occasional t-storms.
Midwest California, like near Los Angeles

Germany here
yes it does
it rains like shit and the cold is coming
SoCal here, and sort off I guess. Weather has been in upper 80's/low 90's and mornings are somewhat brisk, but still pleasant for the most part. At least compared to Summer time when it feels like everything is both literally and metaphorically on fire.
South Ontario resident here. Pretty much every day recently has been one of those "put on a sweater because it's cold in the morning then regret it in the afternoon" days. A week or so ago it was 10 C (50 F) in the morning and it rose to 30 C (86 F) by the afternoon.
Mexico, and uh, kinda? It hasn't been really hot or cold, just really room temperature, 25ish Celsius on average, never going past 30 (thank god)
It has actually been raining quite a bit lately, so there's that

~45 F and rainy, seems about right.
Maryland here. Yesterday was over ninety degrees, and today was mid-seventies with insane humor you. Maryland weather changes all the time, but this is insane even for our standards.

Pennsylvania here, same BS, but it managed to hit the mid-sixties today. If you trust the thermometers in cars, it was over 100 degrees (38 Celsius) yesterday, and as low as 48 degrees (9 Celsius) today.
Northern Germany.
The sky is grey and covered in clouds, the temperature is fairly cool, between 5-10°C. Rain is pattering and dotting the roads with puddles. A light breeze rustles through the thinning foliage. Amber-coloured leaves begin to cover the sidewalks, which soon turn through humidity and pedestrians walking over them into a slippery mush.
Feeling like autumn

Meant insane humidity. Auto-correct can be a pain.
It took over a week after the start of fall, but the weather is finally starting to feel more chilly. Up until then, it was warm enough to dress like it’s still summer. Temperatures were in the 70s but it wasn’t until a few days back did they drop to the low 60s. Having lived in a valley in Pennsylvania, I can say that this was unusual.
After a few weeks of 90 degree weather, it's finally cooling down to the 60s. It even started raining this weekend!
If I still lived in my homeland that was the west coast, likely be 90 degrees. Since I'm out closer to the east coast and Canada, temps range around 60's and 70's in the day time. Night time will likely go down to the 40's if the weather reports are accurate.
Maryland
The leaves are finally starting to change and we're getting some nice Fall colors finally. Might have been prompted by the rain, the seasons also been uncharacteristically dry up until a week ago.
