Honestly, I am just thinking about starting a business. Recently, I opened franchise for myself. There are a lot of different business ideas. As far as I know, a lot of people are afraid to start something new. This is a good opportunity to create a ready business by franchise.

…well this is gonna sound cheesy but i always wanted to make a company that publishes comics, makes games, and animates cartoons mostly to show that americans or the west in general can be talented people. gotta look for them first.
Starting your own company, even as a sole proprietorship is an excellent idea. The risks outweigh the loses. Because even if you do end up not succeeding there are a LOT of things to learn that you just don't learn at school (unfortunately). Self-advertising, budgeting, making sure you follow the rules and regulations, making sure you keep track of expenses for tax purposes, how a pipeline of production works, etc. And to be honest, it may give people some perspective about how it is like to be the one running everything.
I had my own business since 2013, when I started freelancing for myself. I had outsourced some work and had to make sure I followed contract laws carefully. I had to make sure my expenses were documented. I had to go and find investors – put together project plans, business plans, etc…and honestly, my main career path is being a 3D Artist. Now that I found a really great job, I appreciate my co-workers, and my superiors, especially my boss who had to go through the same loops and circus of getting investors, and the horrible sinking feeling when you have to turn to the investors and say you failed.
Entrepreneurial spirit is severely lacking these days, and it's a shame.
