No. Your reaction to the last one is pretty much justified as it's pretty much par for the course nowadays. The previous three are a different story however.

An alarune is a plant monster girl so the last one shouldn't be too surprising. Plus in official art she has big boobs so there's that too.

The flower one is a comic I remember seeing a few months ago so it's not something really new.

As for the Thanos anal expansion and licking toilets though I can't say I have a good explanation for.

Honestly, this "I wanna waifu X object" has been such a long trend that there's nothing you can do except accept it nowadays.

The other 3 on the other hand… yeah, I can see why they can be considered more scary.
