Well, i see lately that there have been less activity in the forums and even in the comment section of the site, as i see post that were from 4 o 5 days or even for the last week, and that some users are last active than before, maybe im wrong or biased about this, but this is my perception right now

The change in volume of activity for certain sites and online services is actually well documented. A number of online forums, most notably 4chan, see a decline in new users (and, presumably, user activity) during the summer months, followed by a sharp spike during September. Speaking from experience, this behaviour was mirrored on large-scale MMOs like Runescape and WoW. I'm certain it's mentioned in a few entries.

If you're worried about this site in particular, take it to this boring loser who insists we're wrong every time the "KYM is dying!11!!1!1!" chant starts up again.

tl;dr it probably is, but only temporarily.
