Personally, n00bs need to submit actual memes or GTFO. Say what you want, but most of them are probably attracting trolls for teh lulz or are trolls.
What does the public of 4chan and KYM think about this?
We know already.
And there's little that members like me can do about it.
I filed a complaint about it….8 months ago.
People have been complaining about this for months.
Noobs will be noobs. Deal with it. We're working on a FAQ to help with this problem, but in the meantime just don't react. Let the admins deadpool the entries and leave it at that. If you're nice, you can explain what they did wrong, and how to avoid making similar mistakes in the future. Complaining about such a trivial issue that does not directly impact you is quite childish, and furthermore will not do anything to alleviate said situation.
It's already been discussed many times before. There is no need for further discussion.

FAQ was fully developed, but considering it's able to be edited by anyone; The admins keep it discreet.
I made a guide for new users. In the site related board.
The FAQ will undergo a final revision and be posted as a sticky on Monday.
