Then do not add it. Memes have to be used. Not all funny pics are memes.

we don't make memes, only document them, if it has deriatives, and is used normally, then we might consider it. But i highly doubt thats a meme

But there have to be remixes, mashups, mutations, etc. for it to be a meme.
