can we rate memes maybe someday?

for example, i think "son i am disappoint" is +1 and would like the internet to recognize that

but "card crusher" is -1, and even more so would like that fact recognized

Ratings & a tag-based structure organizational are currently in development :)

I am leaning towards two sliding ratings in fact,

WEAK  <-|--------> STRONG
NICHE <-----|----> POPULAR

This way we could organize memes approval matrix style!
