As a lover of the dead, I can confirm that she is in fact alive. Just really creepy. Though the original creator of the demotivator thought she was actually dead, and thus, a "shit bricks" thread was born.

Can anyone prove that she is still alive?

Look at the ED article, it shows other pictures of the girl where she's posing on the same bed, but in different positions, with her eyes looking into different directions.

I thought the whole point was that she had died after those photos were taken, but before they were posted, rather than she was dead at the time of the photos.

That doesn't make much sense, though.

The thought of fapping to someone who is dead is still kind of gross, even if she's alive in the picture. I mean, it's pretty obvious that she isn't dead in those main three pictures.

Still, I don't really see it.

I guess it could also be the somewhat funerary look of the young lady's bed. There's roses, which is kind of creepy.
