So I been toying with Inkscape and I found that its actually very easy to make vector anime or more precisely replicate anime and modify creations, you just need to download an Image to use as reference and replicate it as vector. This especially useful if that imagine contains guidelines because you can create a base skeleton which you can use to create a different characters. For example:
