This was in a thread I found in which they were looking for the 2nd doctor's sonic screwdriver prop. The final result was this. I, however, couldn't find this. If you can find this, or one similar to it, that would help.
Here are some details: Takes 2 U16 or HP16 batteries (AAA)
Bulb is lens and type.
Cat. No. 2225 2.2v. .25 amp.
Length from tip of the button to the tip of the bulb is 144mm
Diameter of the bulb is 4mm, and bulb sticks out of the tip at a length of 1mm
Diameter of the body of the penlight is 11mm at the bulb end, and 12mm at the other end
The blue cap has a diameter of 14mm on the wide end and 12.5mm on the thin end and is 25mm in length
Clip is 38.5mm in length and 4mm in width (has EVER READY engraved on it)
Silver bit below the button is 4mm in length and 12.5mm in diameter
Button is 8.5mm in length, 7.5mm in diameter at tip and 9mm in diameter at base
