Local Guide 21 reviews 4.2 5-star hotel • $340 . 3 weeks ago Upfront, I've never stayed in the hotel but am frequently in a building close by that has uninterrupted views into a lot of the rooms. With the large windows in the Amora there isn't much we miss, particularly if the guests don't pull down the blinds or close the curtains. In fact, today we watched a lovely young couple partake in an 'afternoon delight' while we enjoyed our afternoon coffee. I'm not sure if guests are told the windows are see- through as it's not the first time we've enjoyed entertainment during the day. We've witnessed couples luxuriating in daytime baths whilst pointing out the views from the tub not realising we also had a full view. There was one time when I managed to get a gentleman's attention while he was relishing in the bath with his partner and mimicked 'pulling down the blinds.' We are close enough to see they both looked mortified and next time I looked up the blinds were down. Anyway, my message is, I'm sure it's a great hotel but realise if the blinds aren't drawn you are in full view to everyone in the surrounding buildings. 1

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
