All of Regulus attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical damage and attacks. Additionally, he has no disadvantage on ranged attacks even if their enemies are within 5 feet of him. Stillness Of An Object's Time. By the mere act of touching or even breathing, Regulus is able to stop the time of any object, including air, water, dirt and even people (including himself). He can use those objects as effective projectiles, and while those objects (or people) are stopped in time, they can't be damaged, moved by anyone other than Regulus or suffer any condition by any means. This ability does not require any action to be used, and will always be active as long as Regulus is able to touch or breath on something. Stillness Of An Object's Time (Air Platform). Love. Regulus can share his heart with any woman he arbitrarily considers his wife. As long as at least one of his living wives remains close enough for him to feel her love, he can fully ignore the time drawback of Lion's Heart and use the ability indefinitely, which means that the turn limit can be fully ignored. Regulus has up to 300 wives. ACTIONS Multiattack. Regulus can make up to six projectile attacks as long as he targets different foes with each of them. Stillness Of An Object's Time (Projectile). Ranged Weapon Attack: +30 to hit, reach 3.600 feet, one target. Hit: 165 (30d10) slashing or piercing damage, depending on the projectile chosen by Regulus. Stillness of an Object's Time (Barrier). Regulus uses his breath to create an up to 30 foot radius barrier around himself. This barrier is impenetrable and lasts for as long as he wishes.
