Am I wrong to suggest a wealthy residence should have better candy? I was trick or treating with my nephew. One of the houses (800k on Zillow) had a bowl of the small tootsie rolls with a sign that said "please take one" I dunno it really rubs me the wrong way when wealthy people pretend to be frugal in the sight of less well off people. Like stop it, stop this signaling charade. I mentioned this to my sister and she said I'm out of line and they can put out whatever candy they want. I agreed they can but they aren't above reproach in the meantime. Edit: not the big tootsie rolls mind you, the small that are bit sized. Edit2: evidently no one is allowed to be disappointed and bring it up, ever.

Bo 1h. My daughters father has a new girlfriend and a new job he's doing really well, he always gives me money. He even helps with my other kids who aren't his. But since his new girlfriend came into the picture he still gives me money, and takes his daughter every weekend, BUT he brings the gf. I don't like her and I told him to break up with her. He won't so now he's going on child support. What's a reasonable amount to ask the court? I'm a stay at home mom and would like to stay a stay at home mom. Also my current boyfriend is a stay at home dad and we need the support since we aren't working.

I hope this isn't against the rules, but my feelings have been a little hurt. A mother posted on my local group asking for assistance because she's 9 months pregnant and didn't have anything for the baby, so I did what crocheters do best, I made a matching hat, mitten, and boot set for her, and was starting on a blanket for her. I didn't expect anything in return for it, I just did it because I wanted to. When I pmed her to show her she replys with "that's sweet but no thank you, I'm looking for real clothes and baby items" I don't have money to buy expensive items so I'm feeling a little hurt that my hard work wasn't considered "real baby items". I hope I didn't break any rules..pic of the hat just to show it.
