Qualified people don't always get hired and there's nothing I, or anyone else, can do about that. You're mad at me, trying to show me you think you know about MY career that I've done over a decade, when in reality, you're mad because you've been rejected for jobs and I'll tell you why: you're a d--- and people don't like to hire d----. There's things in the workplace that just can't be taught...like getting along with people or accepting decisions YOU don't like. I say this with deep sincerity: Go. F.k. Yourself.

This is from came out to my daughter's townhome at great job even though he ran into some complications. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. yesterday afternoon to replace a toilet. was professional and did a However, I do want to speak to someone about the final bill ($802) and see if there is an opportunity to adjust that total based on a more realistic pricing/fee schedule. I have yet to receive a copy of the invoice, but I was quoted over $300 to install the new toilet (purchased and provided by the customer) and remove the old toilet. I was also quoted over $250 for a replacement flange kit, which can be purchased online for under $50. I'm my own mind, a fair invoice would reflect 3 hours of labor (@$75/hr), $100 in parts (flange kit and shutoff valve), $50 for the service call, and $125 to remove/dispose of the old toilet. That's a total of $500. Please email me a copy of the invoice. I would also like to speak with a manager about my experience.
