I'm my own mind, a fair invoice would reflect 3 hours of labor (@$75/hr), $100 in parts (flange kit and shutoff valve), $50 for the service call, and $125 to remove/dispose of the old toilet. That's a total of $500. Please email me a copy of the invoice. I would also like to speak with a manager about my experience.
