I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. yesterday afternoon to replace a toilet. was professional and did a However, I do want to speak to someone about the final bill ($802) and see if there is an opportunity to adjust that total based on a more realistic pricing/fee schedule. I have yet to receive a copy of the invoice, but I was quoted over $300 to install the new toilet (purchased and provided by the customer) and remove the old toilet. I was also quoted over $250 for a replacement flange kit, which can be purchased online for under $50. I'm my own mind, a fair invoice would reflect 3 hours of labor (@$75/hr), $100 in parts (flange kit and shutoff valve), $50 for the service call, and $125 to remove/dispose of the old toilet. That's a total of $500. Please email me a copy of the invoice. I would also like to speak with a manager about my experience.
