Рорeyes ... 2d 0 yettimy Stai t tu. rc act vut. The staff at Md 21061 are mentally unhinged. This is management and staff. I went there around 12:30 or a bit earlier to pick up a mobile order. I forgot to request no pickles. I return to the drive through where I originally picked up my order and spoke with the manager and staff. We argue for nearly 30 minutes over pickles. Over whose fault it was that pickles was on the sandwich. My argument was can I have a new sandwich. I hate pickles and am allergic. The staff and management argued that it was my fault and they didn't want to waste the food. I had to yell at them like children until they finally caved and gave me the corrected sandwich. I didn't care who was at fault and accepted any blame on my part. But the staff wanted to keep the conversation going. And the manager wanted to say she will remove the pickles off the sandwich. And I'm like that is not how allergies work. You don't remove a topping after it has touched food. The manager and cashier created a hostile pick and exchange experience. Any other Popeyes is decent but this one is full of mentally unstable people who tried to force me to keep a sandwich with a topping that upsets my stomach and throat. The argument was exceedingly stupid. I even had to ask how is my asking for a new sandwich (returning the one with pickles - not getting anything free) hurting you. I had to tell her this isn't personal. It was complete chaos over a stupid topping. I called corporate to report them as well because doesn't need to be served by staff that wants you to get sick.

May 10, 2022 To our neighbors at Dear Neighbors, We have learned that the structure you are building in your back yard is a chicken coop with the intention of housing chickens in it one day soon. As a family, we have grave concerns with having this in our neighborhood and where this structure is located. While it is well over four feet from the property line, it is much closer to our home than yours. We value our privacy and the quiet nature of this neighborhood. The impending sights, sounds, and smells that these animals bring with them will devalue not only our property, but our way of living as well. Not to mention, the rabid wildlife that will now become a part of the neighborhood in an effort to attack the animals and eggs. This concerns us greatly with small children and pets living in several of the bordering properties. We understand that it is your right to have these animals. However, chickens belong on a farm with acres of land, not in a high density neighborhood. We respectfully ask you to reconsider housing these animals on your property. A farm is a much better place for these animals to live their best lives. If you find it absolutely necessary to have these animals, we respectfully request that you move the coop closer to your home so that we all may preserve our privacy, safety, and реace. Yesterday, I got a ticket for the dog running over the hill 10-feet from me on an open trail with high visibility. I feel harassed and unable to enjoy nature and Open Space Trails. Have the tags, following all the rules. Was literally post-hike giving dog water, when the woman showed up with a ticket! Never even saw her while hiking! That's right! You are compromising the chemically sensitive, asthmatic and the babies who didn't agree to live with someone who could just go 500 feet outside. This building is supposed to be smoke free, second hand smoke free and because not all of our neighbors care, not any of us are safe from it. Trust me if I catch you, I will break it down further. But in short you are evicting those of us from our leases by making this place unsafe and despite the hype it's still a pandemic. Thanks for being an awful and selfish neighbor.

I never had these issues on the second floor. My new place that I'm spending my last penny on to make my 10 year old son comfortable wreaks of Marijuana. Twill be patrolling the floors and if I smell it coming from your home I will pursue legal action including calling the police on the spot. If you are participating in this activity you should fully understand that while it is legal outside, it is illegal in regards to our building code of standards and conduct (read your lease). In addition, you are endangering a minor which is a Class A misdemeanor, punishable up to 1 year in prison or 3 years probation. I'm not playing games. Do yourself a favor and take a walk to the boardwalk if you want to light up.
