Question..I ordered cookies from 12/24. One of the dozen cookies had plasStic Wrap baked into it. I went on Tuesday the 28th (since they were closed) and showed them the pictures below and the only thing they offered me was a free dozen cookies. They wouldn't even refund me the price of thar dozen ($12). I have been going here for years. I recommend them all the time and personally know some of the family. I am really disappointed in their lack of wanting to rectify the issue. I didn't need more cookies since my order was for our Xmas Eve get together. I get that it wasn't done on purpose but the lady didn't even seem the least bit concerned about the issue. She just said "I can tell the baker to be more careful" in a smart voice. Am I wrong to have expected on them to refund me at least that one dozen?
