Question..I ordered cookies from 12/24. One of the dozen cookies had plasStic Wrap baked into it. I went on Tuesday the 28th (since they were closed) and showed them the pictures below and the only thing they offered me was a free dozen cookies. They wouldn't even refund me the price of thar dozen ($12). I have been going here for years. I recommend them all the time and personally know some of the family. I am really disappointed in their lack of wanting to rectify the issue. I didn't need more cookies since my order was for our Xmas Eve get together. I get that it wasn't done on purpose but the lady didn't even seem the least bit concerned about the issue. She just said "I can tell the baker to be more careful" in a smart voice. Am I wrong to have expected on them to refund me at least that one dozen? ... Dec 2, 2021 WanMart is almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there the lady checking receipts at the exit was a little militant AND slow. I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "ma'am... MA'AM!!!!" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store. Look. You can either trust me to do self-checkout or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. A. DE 2h · Normally I don't make comments on Facebook. But the straw broke the camel's back. , along with the Richards. We have seen have seen people come and go and people with their opinions on what is right or We were the first ones to build here in Ar.. wrong. We just had our house painted and while it was being done, some individual asked my contractor what color it was being painted. I want to know why you did not have the consideration to ask the homeowner. I just retired and I am home every day. I would like this individual to come see and explain himself.
